We're based in Duluth, MN and serve Duluth and the greater Northland, including Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, Cloquet, Esko, Two Harbors, Silver Bay, Saginaw, Carlton, Wrenshall, and Scanlon.
What are your hours?
The office is open every day 8a–8p.

How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate and upfront. We diagnose the actual problem and give you a real price before we get started.
Are you certified and bonded?
Yes. We're EPA Section 608 certified, which is the federal certification required to handle refrigerant on AC and heat-pump work. We're bonded in Minnesota.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. All of our workmanship carries a 12-month labor warranty. The equipment we install carries a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty, and we handle the registration for you.
What do you install and repair?
Furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, cold-climate heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment like filtration, humidifiers, and air exchangers. We work on every major brand.
Do heat pumps actually make sense for cold climates?
We offer heat pumps rated to well below zero, so they keep producing heat through excessively cold weather and can offset much of your gas heating cost over the season.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on all new furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps, through third-party lenders. Rates and terms vary, so ask us for current options when you call.
What does the maintenance membership include?
We have three membership plans: Essential at $12 a month, Plus at $25, and Premium at $40. Each plan covers one full system. Essential includes an 18-point inspection of your full system, documented, which is the annual maintenance record most manufacturers want to see on a warranty claim. Plus steps it up to our full technical 61-point inspection, and you get the documentation when it's done. Premium includes everything in Plus, with a complimentary diagnostic visit if something feels off between checkups, and up to $450 toward a new system, building every month you are a member, yours to use while the membership is active. Filters get changed at every visit on every plan. Plus and Premium also carry a members-only discounted diagnostic fee for calls during our normal business hours, and take 10% off repairs on Plus or 15% on Premium, parts and labor. Both carry a 24-month labor warranty on repairs, double our standard, and both transfer to the new owner if you sell the house. Premium also locks your monthly price for as long as you stay.
