Our Story
A lot of HVAC companies will glance at your system, guess at the problem, and move on to the next. If their guess is wrong, it's your problem and not theirs. I started Herstad Heating & Cooling because I got tired of watching that happen.
Every system gets a real diagnosis before we touch a part. We fix what's actually broken instead of whatever's easiest to swap out, and we tell you what failed and why: usually a corner someone cut, maintenance that got skipped, or a symptom nobody chased down.
Sometimes a system has reached the end of its life and a new one is the right move. When that's the case we say so, install it right, and make sure it works as good as it looks.
